Returns Policy (Clearance Items)
- All items are final price
- No refunds
- No returns for change of mind
However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.
Sizing Issues
If you believe the item does not fit correctly, we may accept a return at our discretion under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The return request must be approved before sending the item back
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- No refunds — store credit only will be issued once the return is approved and received
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can assess the issue and make it right.
How to Request a Return

- If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and our return address
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use
